SWITCH UP
THE TEMPO
FOOD IS FUEL & EXERCISE HELPS
BURN THAT FUEL

Taking the initiative to switch up the tempo to a daily routine can be a drag for most. I get it, change can be scary at times, especially when we don’t know what’s around the corner. However, when our health is at risk from nutrition unawareness and lack of exercise can take a toll on our inner appearance which will soon show up on our outer appearance. Well, how would we make this a smooth transition for you?

You have to fasten your seat belt and let us show you the way. Maybe cooking is not your thing and exercise is, and exercise isn’t and cooking is, or maybe both aren’t the things you want to consume with your time. If either of these resonated with you, it’s okay, this is a judgment-free zone.

What if I told you that nutrition and exercise are compatible with one another? How? food is fuel and exercise helps burn that fuel, like gas to a car, and insulin to glucose. Think about it, if we only produced glucose without producing insulin, how would our bodies react? There will be an imbalance in our being. Our goal is to bring back that balance to your everyday life with the sciences of meal prepping and exercise.
The meals we prepare nourish the cells in the lymphatic, circulatory, respiratory, and musculoskeletal systems. This form of cooking is called “cell feeding”, making sure every organ gets fed the proper macronutrients, micronutrients, antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals the body needs for daily activities, homeostasis in the gym or just having fun with friends and family.

This method of eating combined with exercise will prevent childhood and adult obesity, metabolic syndrome, muscle fatigue, respiratory issues, and cell starvation. The importance of incorporating a balanced meal before and after exercising, helps the body maintain a balanced metabolism, and helps us move fluently and sufficiently throughout life while bringing flavor to our taste buds, all at the same time.
